Pit Stop@Estero Bluffs 11 July 2011

The Slushies are at it again, this time back to familiar territory. Morro Bay. Trisha has been visiting us for the last few weeks and we hadn't gone to the beach yet. Also we have been aching to go camping again. So we packed up the Malibu Maxximus, I hopped on my trusty steel steed and we headed to the bay. Estero Bluffs are right off Highway 1, just as it meets back up with the coast and you can pull of the road and hike down to the water. We had been driving/riding for a awhile and I thought this was a perfect place to stretch our legs and fill our bellies. We found a good spot at the edge of a small drop off that gave us a fantastic view of the waves crashing on the rocks below, the coastline and Morro Rock (you can see it in the distance in the video). After eating we explored the beach a little, climbed over rocks, and searched for seashells and sea creatures. It was great.
